What is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary by country:
- Netherlands 6 working days
- Belgium 6-7 working days
- Germany 6-7 working days
- France 6-7 working days

We process online orders from Monday 08.30h to Friday 17.00h. If your order is placed on Fridays after 5 p.m. it will be processed on Monday. This means that your order will be shipped on Tuesday. Delivery times for orders placed on Fridays will vary slightly.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from our carrier PostNL containing a Track&Trace code, with this you can track your order.
What if I am not at home?
If no one is home during the first delivery attempt, you will be notified. You can track your delivery via the Track&Trace link you received from PostNL.
What should I do if I have not received my order?
It may happen that the shipment of your order is delayed. The delay may occur at our warehouse or at the carrier. To make sure your order is still on its way you can check the following:
- Your order's Track&Trace link: does it say that your order has not yet been delivered? Then your order is still on its way.
- The delivery address: did you enter the correct delivery address? You can check this in the order confirmation you received from us.
- Does the Track&Trace system indicate that the package has been delivered? Then your order may have been delivered to your neighbors or to a pickup point. It is also possible that the carrier will make a new delivery attempt. You can usually see this in the Track&Trace after a few hours.
My order is not complete. What now?
It is possible that your order is delivered in two parts. If that is the case, you can see this in the Track&Trace, at the bottom of the Track&Trace you can see the number of deliveries. Normally the second part of your order will be delivered no longer than 1-2 days later.
I received the wrong item. What now?
This is very annoying and certainly not our intention. Please send us an email to klantenservice@sunware.nl. Give us the order number and the article you are missing. Please also send us a picture of the article you received wrongly. We will then look together for a suitable, good solution.
My order is damaged. What now?
That is annoying and certainly not the intention. The easiest and fastest way is to send us an email to klantenservice@sunware.nl and include your order number and which article is damaged. Please also include a picture of the damage. We will then look together for a good and appropriate solution.
