Which payment methods does Sunware accept?

You can choose from the following payment methods.
- Pay with iDEAL
- Pay by credit card (VISA and MasterCard)
- Bancontact (for Belgian customers)
- PayPal
- Klarna (post-payment)

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

The invoice can be found in your account under the heading my invoices. Invoices are available approximately 1-2 weeks after delivery of order. If you do not have an account, please contact us at klantenservice@sunware.nl.

What if my invoice is incorrect?

If so, always contact us at klantenservice@sunware.nl and mention what is not right in the invoice.

How do I get a discount code?

Discount codes are communicated via email or social media.

How do I use the discount code?

Place the items in the shopping basket.
Open the shopping basket and click on enter discount code.
The discount will now be processed.

I forgot to enter my discount code?

Unfortunately, discount codes can only be used before your order has been completed. After your order has been paid and processed, nothing can be changed.
