What do I need to do to return my product?

- Please include a copy of the original packing slip when you send the item in.
- You may also state why you want to return it.
Do I have to pay anything for returning my product?
Yes, we charge €2.50 for a durable and printerless PostNL return label and €2.95 for a self-printed return label. The return address is on the label.Will you pick up my return shipment at home or do I have to take it to a PostNL point?
We will not pick up your return at home, you need to drop it off at a PostNL point.How soon will I be refunded after returning?
Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be issued within two weeks. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your return.Please note that the refund will be made to the credit card or bank account used to pay for the original order.
Can I exchange my product for another product?
Unfortunately, directly exchanging an item is not possible. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other one.Return conditions
As a consumer you have the right to return an item within 30 days without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view and evaluate the item as you would in a store, unless otherwise stated.You can only return the article if:
- The article is complete;
- Has not been opened or used;
- In its - as far as reasonably possible - original condition and factory packaging.
