Shop online with Sunware
Online shopping with Sunware is fast, easy and can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with or without creating an account. If you currently do not have an account you can still order making use of the ‘guest’ function. Your personal details will not be saved by Sunware and you will just be ordering as a guest.
Creating an account with Sunware will however allow you to save important information, such as your delivery address, ordering history, personnel information etc. decreasing the time needed to place and process your order, ensuring a fast and efficient check out.
Your account contains a complete overview of your order history and the status of your orders in process. With your contact/account information in our data base we will be able to keep you up to date on promotions and trends in your area of interest.
How to create an account
Would you like to create an account? Click on My Account at the top of our website, enter your personal details, make up a password and confirm your registration. You also have the option to create an account when placing your order. Once your registration has been completed you will receive an email containing your username and password.
Step 1: When you have found the product matching your needs, you add the product to your shopping basket. Firstly, select the desired color, size and amount and click ‘Add to basket ‘.
The shopping basket icon can be found in the top right corner of your screen. When you have finished shopping go to your shopping basket and start the ordering process.
Tip: You can see the contents of your shopping basket by clicking the shopping basket icon. If, at any time you would like to change the items in your shopping basket, simply remove the product by entering your shopping cart and clicking the ‘X’ next to the product.
Step 2: Check the contents of your shopping cart before you proceed to the checkout.
Step 3: To process your order, we ask you to provide us some personal information. The mandatory fields are market with an *. If you already have an account, you can log in at the top of the website to retrieve all personal information in a quick second.
Step 4: Once you proceed you’ll already receive an e-mail containing some details about your order. Please note that the order will not be shipped before we receive the payment. The next step is thus to choose a method of payment. Then follow the steps for your chosen method of payment and click ‘ Continue.’
Step 5: Take a moment to check your information before continuing. Click ” Place Order ” to finalize the order. You will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation also containing an invoice. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a final Email containing the Track & Trace information to follow your shipment.

Shipping & Delivery Times
All our packages are shipped with PostNL parcel service. Once your order has been confirmed and shipped you will receive a track & trace login and unique code by e-mail. We always try to process your order as quickly as possible.
