Can I still cancel my placed order?
Has your order been paid for and have you received an order confirmation? Then your order is final and will be sent to the delivery address. Do you really not want the order? Then you can refuse the order at the door. The carrier will send the package back to us, and as soon as we have received it, we will refund the amount as soon as possible.Can I order without an account?

Yes you can! Please create an account first. Then send an e-mail to klantenservice@sunware.nl with the name of the account and the corresponding VAT number. Once the account has been updated, you will receive a message from us and can then place an order.Can I order on account?
